I founded ZoneLO Capital in 2017 to help real estate investors unlock their potential. I've spent more than 15 years in lending, including over 12 years at top fintech, mortgage and private lending companies, where I learned how the best lenders structure, price and close investor loans.
Today I manage ZoneLO's key relationships with residential real estate investors, builders and mortgage brokers, offering consulting and brokerage tailored to each deal. I hold multiple loan origination certifications and state licenses in Nevada and Arizona, and I specialize in fix and flip, bridge and DSCR private money lending. My mission is to build lasting partnerships, pairing every client with the most competitive products across our lending partners so that brokers, their clients and direct borrowers all succeed together.
I studied psychology, with a minor in communications, at the University of Oregon, and I bring that understanding of people to a numbers-driven business. I listen first, explain every option plainly, and stay with you from first quote to closing.

How fast can I close?
Most loans close in 5 to 7 days once we have your documents.
Do I need experience?
No. First-time investors are welcome. On new construction without experience, leverage is up to 75% of cost and 60% of ARV.
Will a quote affect my credit?
No. We quote with a soft credit pull, which doesn't affect your score.
What is a DSCR loan?
A rental loan that qualifies on the property's rental income instead of your personal income. We can go as low as a 0.8 DSCR.
Are you a direct lender?
ZoneLO Capital is a broker. We arrange financing through a network of lending partners so we can compare options for your deal.
